About the Owner

Anne Thompson, owner and president, has more than 29 years of marketing and public outreach experience working with professional services consulting firms on projects for various federal, state, municipal, and grassroots organizations relating to transportation and water / wastewater infrastructure construction, environmental remediation, engineering, urban planning, and land development. Anne has managed the public information and outreach on more than 500 infrastructure improvement projects in Arizona over the past 13 years.

 

MARKETING AND DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Anne has successfully managed marketing departments, scheduled and coordinated technical writers, graphic and website designers, camera crews, various printing companies, promotional and other vendors for technical proposals, projects, small businesses and multi-million dollar corporations.

 

PUBLIC INFORMATION AND OUTREACH PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Anne’s public involvement, community relations, and outreach experience includes coordinating with project teams to manage the communication of technical design and construction-related information to the business community and public. She has planned and managed many projects, including preparing public involvement plans and construction notices, direct communication with the community on project hotlines and business outreach walks, along with facilitating workshops, public meetings and open houses.

Since 2009, YPMO has been providing various professional marketing services, including managing and producing technical proposals, marketing collateral, designing and maintaining web sites, social media planning, promotional videos, and providing graphic design for consulting firms, contractors, and small businesses.

PI Project Manager

ANDRE SALAIS

B.S., 2015, Political Science,

Arizona State University

Andre has eight years experience in political strategy and communications management throughout Arizona. He has managed campaign marketing efforts, including preparing strategy plans, marketing and communication materials and advertisements, prepared policy briefs, talking points, and press statements. His skills include planning and implementing digital marketing and graphics, producing videos, and analysis of voter behavior and statistics.

Michael Tickle

Mike has more than 33 years experience in graphic design for infrastructure improvement projects. He has experience with Federal, State, County, and numerous Municipal clients and projects. Anne has worked with Mike since 2006 on more than 500 projects.

Public Information Coordinator

Angela Garcia

A.A., A.A.S., 2012, Audio Production Technologies,

Glendale Community College

As public involvement coordinator, Angela tracks project schedules with teams, prepares and provides construction-related information to the community, and manages the production and distribution of public notifications. She has worked with numerous municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms since 2017. She specializes in street maintenance improvement project. Angela is bilingual in English and Spanish.

JAIMIE CLEMENTS

Jaimie assists with project set up, mail production, and researching area constraints and contacts for property managers. She prepares area business reports for the PI Coordinators to analyze and contact. She also assists the YPMO team distribute construction flyers and door hangers for various municipal projects. 

Public Information Coordinator

MAYA HALL

B.S., Strategic Communication, 

Northern Arizona University, 2019

Maya has one year experience in strategic communication and provides public outreach coordination on ten municipal contracts. She keeps a fresh perspective and has quickly learned technology to support our work. She analyzes and targets communities, stakeholders, public meeting locations, and area organizations. She manages a project website and provides subscribers with construction updates for the PVC-Lined Sewer and Manhole construction throughout Phoenix.

Karesa assists with general office duties and project related mailing production tasks. She has worked part-time with YPMO since 2010 while working towards her bachelor's degree.
